UX Design

Project Overview

I worked on this project as apart of the Google UX Design Certificate Program. I interviewed people on what they wanted out of a app for buying flowers, went through drafts of the design, conducted interviews and did testing with users, and implemented that feedback into the final design.

COMPETITIVE AUDIT

First, a competitive audit was conducted in order to find out what competitors did and did not have that may be good to include in the design for the application.

PERSONAS

Next, two personas of potential clients were created in order to better understand the types of people we could be designing for.

USABILITY STUDY 1

The first usability study went over the initial prototype with users.
