The book includes resources for meat replacements, information for buying humanely, and a collection of recipes for a variety of occasions. The guide makes the transition to a plant-based diet more accessible for the average person and provides them with a resource they can look back on in the future. In addition to the book, there are 3 posters that would be posted with the book in a gallery setting. The thesis show was cancelled due to Covid, so you can find a link to download the book and posters at the bottom of the page

Big lifestyle changes are not easy to do. Food is something that can be incredibly personal and a comfort in our day to day lives. However, these comforts become soured by the realities that stare back at us with factory farming and the widespread abuse within the system. Becoming a vegetarian did not happen overnight for me. It took a big change in mindset that happened over 5 years. My thesis is centered around a vegetarian and vegan transition guide giving support and resources for new or aspiring vegetarians.
